VOTING DURING COVID-19
Make Your Vote Count!
Judy Jabs, a June 2020 ballot judge, joined me for an information-packed Zoom interview to discuss mail-in voting tips and the safeguards designed to protect ballot integrity. In the polls or in the mail, your vote counts!
In the times of the Coronavirus pandemic, mail-in voting is a safe and secure way to vote your voice. If you didn't receive an absentee ballot application in the mail prior to the June primary elections or didn't select to receive an absentee ballot for November's election, you can register online and learn about the 2020 election on the Secretary of State's website.
If you are planning to vote in person, please note that polling sites are a bit different this year. Make sure you know where and when to vote!
If there is one thing I have learned in the short amount of time since accepting the candidacy, it’s that the road to election is long, hard, exhausting, and expensive! It is also necessary. Okay, that’s two things. I am whole-heartedly empathetic to the financial positions we are in. If anything, recent situations have highlighted the importance of electing representatives, like me, who will stand up for the wellbeing of our loved ones. By contributing to my campaign, you are helping to put me in front of voters and influencing positive legislation across North Dakota.
Even if you are not comfortable contributing to my campaign financially, there are still more ways you can help me get elected in November! You can volunteer to help me reach out to voters, attend local and virtual events, or arrange fundraisers and marketing platforms. You can also interact with me on social media (find my links in the web page footer). Believe me: your likes, comments, and shares exponentially increase my exposure. You can even help by introducing me to your friends, family, and neighbors in my district! If I can add you to my list of volunteers, please email, call, or text me - I’d be thrilled to discuss your areas of interest.
